The Head of Finance plays a critical role within Inspired 2 Uplift. They will oversee and manage the financial activities of Inspired 2 Uplift, ensuring transparency and efficiency in handling funds that support our mission to empower youth with disabilities. 

The candidate will preferably live in Vancouver or be able to travel to Vancouver occasionally.

The Content Editor will play a pivotal role in shaping and sharing Inspired 2 Uplift’s voice online. This role is responsible for editing content across our social media platforms to educate, raise awareness, and uplift communities about disability-related issues. The goal is to transform ideas and stories into compelling, accessible posts that foster a more inclusive and compassionate digital space.

The Grant Writer plays a critical role within Inspired 2 Uplift, responsible for securing the necessary funding to support the organization’s programs and initiatives. This position involves researching, writing, and submitting grant proposals to foundations, government entities, and other funding sources. The Grant Writer collaborates closely with the Executive Director and the Head of Finance to understand funding needs, align proposals with organizational goals, and ensure that all applications reflect the mission and values of I2U. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a talent for persuasive writing and a deep understanding of nonprofit fundraising.

The University Chapter President will be instrumental in establishing, developing, and leading a new chapter of Inspired 2 Uplift at a university or college campus. This role is aimed at spreading the mission of I2U, which focuses on bridging the gap between students with and without disabilities and fostering inclusivity.

Additionally, the role will focus on leveraging various social media outlets such as Instagram and IG Reels to attract more leads for recruitment purposes.
