Purpose of the Job:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility of our organization. This role is ideal for a university student with strong design skills, social media expertise, and a proven portfolio. The candidate will use their creative and strategic abilities to increase engagement with our audience through various online and offline channels. SEO experience and User-Generated Content (UGC) experience are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns that align with the organization’s objectives (critical).
Manage and grow the organization's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (critical).
Design visual content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials (critical).
Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility (non-critical).

High School Chapter President
Purpose of the Job:
The High School Chapter President will be instrumental in establishing, developing, and leading a new chapter of Inspired 2 Uplift at their own high school or secondary institution . This role is aimed at spreading the mission of I2U, which focuses on bridging the gap between students with and without disabilities and fostering inclusivity. Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and Lead the Chapter: Initiate the setup of the high school chapter, recruit and manage a team of volunteers, and lead the chapter towards achieving its goals.
Program Development and Execution: Develop and execute programs that align with I2U’s mission, such as awareness campaigns, workshops, a buddy program, fundraising events, etc.
Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with school administration, other student organizations, and external stakeholders to promote and integrate I2U’s activities within the school community.
Advocacy and Awareness: Act as a key spokesperson for disability awareness at school, leading initiatives that challenge stereotypes and promote a deeper understanding of disability issues.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the progress of the chapter’s activities and report achievements and challenges to the Director of Chapter Affairs regularly

Grant Writer
The Grant Writer plays a critical role within Inspired 2 Uplift, responsible for securing the necessary funding to support the organization’s programs and initiatives.
