Harsh leads I2U's outreach efforts, building relationships with community partners, schools, and organizations. He develops outreach strategies, coordinates sponsorships, and works to expand I2U’s presence. Harsh also ensures effective communication with external stakeholders to further I2U’s goals.

Sofia manages the recruitment process, conducts interviews, evaluates candidates, and collaborates with department heads. She ensures hiring strategies align with I2U’s values of inclusivity and diversity.

Max manages I2U's financial operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, financial planning, and reporting. He oversees fundraising activities, maintains financial records, and ensures compliance with financial policies. Max ensures the financial health of I2U to support its mission and initiatives.
